How We Work: Fees & Commissions

A fee of 5%, excluding 21 % V.A.T., of the total rental price to be collected, with a minimum of € 35,- excl. 21% V.A.T. per month. This fee is only applicable when the property is leased out.

If you hand over the management of your property to Koops Vastgoedbeheer, the following costs will be charged. As a client, you give permission for these costs to be set off against the monthly rent payments to be received.

Our rate for managing your home depends among other things on the following matters;
- Maintenance of the object at the start of the collaboration;
- The size of the object;
- Delivery level of the object (furnished, upholstered or bare);
- The location of the object;
