Licensed Real Estate Broker Heidi or fondly called Zumi by her industry friends and clients used to accompany her aunt in Baguio City to meet homeowners and buyers on her days off in her advertising job and in 2010, she retired from her media career in a national TV network and focused on her digital art and printing business. One time, her real estate broker friend in the province asked her to refer a buyer of a prime commercial land in San Fernando City, La Union. Fortunately, her first and only prospect in mind purchased it after a few months of due diligence and negotiations. That experience made her realize she would be in real estate someday like her aunt and friend.
In 2013, she moved back to Manila and was later on offered to work for property developer Ayala Land Premier. Fast forward 2016, she gained her professional Real Estate Broker license after 2 yrs of project sales for Ayala Land and Century Properties. Friends, classmates and relatives were her first clients as condo buyers. Nowadays, she focuses on helping individual property sellers and landlords find buyers and tenants. She used to watch Flipping Vegas and this inspired her to someday have her own home renovation projects. She watches Gary Vaynerchuk, Max Maxwell and Grant Cardone on Youtube when she can find an opportunity.

How we work - fees & commission
First that you should do so I can better help you is send me an email and give me a list of your criteria in the apartment/house/condo/property that you are looking to rent or buy here in the Philippines. I am based in Makati and my team's focus areas are Makati, Pasay, Mandaluyong and BGC.
I will then pre-qualify your needs further and come up with listings that will either match perfectly or be an alternative to what you are looking for, including giving you insights on the neighborhood and current market rates.
We do not ask for any service fee from prospective tenants and property buyers.
We are compensated by property owners and landlords.
However, should you need other services for your relocation needs that is beyond finding your new home in Manila like visa processing, opening bank account or assisted wire transfers, furniture shopping, shipping of furniture or appliances from home country and the like, we will be referring you to specialists who can better help you for a fee.
Transaction/Closing costs are not covered by broker's commission and should be for the account of seller/landlord or buyer/tenant such as notarial fee, documentary stamp tax, transfer tax, title registration fee, capital gains tax and documentation processing fees.
