How we work - fees & commission
Depending on the services provided. For selling your property the commission varies between 1 and 2% of the selling price, depending on the price range.
For renting out the commission is 9,65% INCLUDING 21 % V.A.T. over a years rent.
This is equal to one months' rent excl VAT.
We do not have any student accommodations.
