We provide our services to landlords who seek for expatriates and/or international companies to lease their properties. We render our services to landlords, for that reason the tenant is free of charge. If you are a foreign student we also will help you out.

- To lease out a property: 1 months' rent (Ex. VAT)
- Property management: 5% of the annual rent (Ex. VAT)
- For tenants: NO agency fees apply to you if we list the property online

Viewings Digital: WhatsApp video for viewings and sales calls can be done digital.

When bidding and negotiating we need:
-Copy of your passport and employment contract
-Financial statement (or pay slips)
-If rented by your company, a copy of registration CoC
Your personal data will be handled confidentially.

Conditions first month:
-First month rent; starting from the day that the rental agreement commences (or pro rate)
-Deposit: 2 months rent deposit is standard
-Digital check in report will be made at check in
-We can connect you to all utilities at check in
