How We Work: Fees & Commissions
For a purchase of property, no commission is paid.
For listing of a property to sale commission is 2% of the sales price.
For a rental commission, commission is 1 months rent,
Commission is only paid when property is procured for client and contracts are signed.
For property management services commission is 10% of monthly rental income or an agreed to commission structure for vacant properties based on management needs.
