I started in real estate in 1987 and have been in charge of a large property manager, have done commercial real estate and investments and for the last 15 years work as an agent for private properties. I really enjoy finding a new home for people more than anything else I did before. In this way I combine my knowledge of real estate and the city of Amsterdam with cycling through the city and meeting new people from around the world. There is a lot to tell about the history of building in our city with thousands of monuments, the foundations, the good and better areas and the complicated laws in Holland. In 2018 we started up De Muiderpoort Vastgoedbeheer, a local property manager which already has welcomed about a hundred new properties and several clients. We will double next year and will focus on management and letting of residential properties on a monthly costs basis with friendly prices but very good services.
