Basic info:
Due to tax restrictions concerning the renting out of the residences of Camelot Europe in Enschede, you must be able to prove you are a short term (max two years) visitor to the Netherlands.
If you are a student:
- You can prove your short stay by providing your fixed term student enrolment.
- The contract must be for a fixed term without a possibility to renewal/extend.
- Your total stay in the Netherlands can’t be longer than two years.
- You are not allowed to register yourself in a municipality in the Netherlands.
If you are an expat:
- You can prove your short stay by providing your fixed term expat contract.
- The contract has to be for a fixed term without a possibility to renewal/extend.

Great news for students and employees of the University Twente that are looking for housing. We are building the Camelot Campus 053 - Hogekamp in Enschede. A former faculty building that is going to be transformed into 445 furnished studios. All with a private bathroom and kitchen. Campus Enschede is located close to the University Twente in a green area.
The building is a 10-story construction. Apart from private studios there are also going to be areas for common use. Among other things, there will be a Game Area, Lounge Area and Study area on the ground floor. Also, there will be a paid laundry area, a roof terrace and a terrace near the entry of the building. If you need extra storage space you can rent a private storage as well.

How we work - fees & commission
The contracts will be based on Short stay. This means that you sign for at least 6 and a maximum of 12 months. After this period the contract ends and extension will not be possible.
The fully furnished studios are available from € 400,00 per month and are starting from 20 m².
Monthly Costs (including earlybird discount):
- Basic rent from € 250,00
- Service costs € 100,00
- Inventory and furnishing costs € 50,00
One-off costs:
- Deposit (You will get this back at the end of your stay under the condition that you leave your studio in good order). € 2000,00
- Costs final cleaning € 100,00
- Various start-up costs, including access to our MyCastle Portal € 202,50
- Bedding package ** € 120,00
- Kitchen utensils package ** € 75,00
** Once purchased these utensils will be yours.
Attention: Foreign students will need to pay the full length of stay up-front inclusive of the one-off costs for the whole duration of stay.
At this moment the building is under construction. It is expected to be finished in the summer of 2018. A mock-up room is already finished and open for viewings. You can also check the video, this gives a good impression about how the studio and the surroundings look like.
