Blue Crystal Property Management London was founded by me, a former estate agent, and I also run West London Property Networking. Initially, I began my property career in 2006, having joined a large west London-based, well-respected agency. Working exclusively in the prime, central, and west London property markets, I spent my early career covering the areas from Chiswick and Kensington to Holland Park and Notting Hill, as well as the surrounding areas. During this time, I have achieved record sales, establishing myself firmly as a property agent with expert knowledge on location and purchasing.

We work with landlords who are poor in time, may live far away from their property or have a busy career and their time is better spent working. They are expats, professionals, investors, who were overcharged, deceived, their resources wasted, problems were not acknowledged or dealt with immediately.

How We Work: Fees & Commissions

-Blue Crystal Residential Ltd. Fees:

Property Management and Rent Collection:6% per annum
Refurbishment and furnishing: 10% of the value of the project
Property Letting Service: 9% of the annual rental income
Vacant Property Management: £140 per month
Property Visits: £70 per visit
Land Registry Search; £10 per search
Cancellation Fee with no notice: £150
Block management Fee: £350 per dwelling per annum
Acting as Company Secretary: £300 per annum
£50 applies for any works costing under £500inc
£100 applies for any works costing under £1000inc
£200 applies for any works costing under £2000inc
£400 applies for any works costing over £2000inc
Project Management of major works (% of final contract value): 10%
Responding to solicitors’ pre-sales enquiries and LPE1 forms: £400
Responding to solicitors’ re-mortgage/charge enquiries: £200
Copy of 3 years’ service charge accounts:£50
